You will receive 100 MB of general data, up to four eligible trips per year, with at least two months between eligible activations. WhatsApp, Google Maps, Uber and Grab may remain available without a paid data pack, subject to the current benefit matrix and technical conditions.

You get your 100 MB after you install Eterna. For every future trip, you can claim the 100 MB that will be credited for your travel, provided your trips are 2 months apart. After you use up 100 MB, you can still access WhatsApp, Uber, Grab and Google Maps during your trip. For access to other apps, simply top up from the Jetpac app.

Contact support before deleting or replacing the eSIM. Transfers and replacements may require verification and may be limited. The final policy will appear in the app and support centre.
